Mental health matters.
We are here to help.

So let's “Toc!”

Welcome to TocDoc, the mental health specialists in Central Illinois. Here, our professionals know that mental health is not just about treating psychiatric illnesses but about maintaining health and wellness in all spheres of one's life. It’s about providing holistic care, personalized to one's unique situation and building a community of support. Our vision is to help our patients succeed and thrive personally and professionally.

Toc (pronounced as “talk”) is an abbreviation for The Oval Circle. The Oval Circle, for me, symbolizes several themes of human behavior but one that is most relevant to my work as a mental health specialist is the concept of cognitive distortions and how that affects a person’s view of the world around him/her. A circle (a desired state of mind) when viewed from a different angle, appears to be oval in shape (a cognitive distortion). Our mission at TocDoc is to help you see the circle again.
