New patient evaluation and management

Patients who are new to the clinic (first appointment) or returning to the clinic after a long gap in care would be considered for these appointments. These usually last about 60 minutes (face-to-face time), but could be longer based on complexity of the case.

Established patient management

These appointments are for patients already seen for a new patient appointment and are having regular follow-up with us. They usually last 25 minutes (face-to-face time) but could be longer if needed.

Psychiatric consultation (without ongoing management)

These are one-time appointments requested by patients or their healthcare providers. Typical reasons could be to get a second opinion, review a need for psychiatric medication while in psychotherapy, request by your primary care provider (or other healthcare provider) to review your psychiatric treatment plan.


Most appointments discussed above can be provided via Telemedicine. We use a HIPAA-compliant, secure, easy to use Telemedicine service that can be accessed via PC and/or most mobile devices (including smartphones) from your home or any other convenient location


Services not offered at present time

  • Child & Adolescent services (Patients under age 18)

  • Disability assessments

  • Workmen’s compensation assessments

  • Forensic & legal assessments, including child custody issues

  • Crisis assessments for New patients. If you are experiencing active thoughts of harming self or others, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for urgent safety evaluation.

  • Prescription of controlled substances via Telemedicine (as per The Ryan Haight Online Pharmacy Consumer Protection Act)

  • Psychological and/or Neuropsychological testing. These are done by Psychologists that specialize in those areas.

  • Admission to a Psychiatric or Medical hospital. We are an independent outpatient service and do not have privileges nor any affiliation with local/regional hospitals.


Fee schedule

We try to keep it simple and transparent. 

New appointment (50 mins)- $300
Follow-ups (25 mins)- $150

Additional time billed at $100 for every 20 mins increments

No insurance accepted. A Superbill will be provided on request if you want to submit a claim to your health plan for reimbursement. Download Reimbursify app for easy out-of-network claims filing.

At present time, we are not set-up to accept any insurance and would be considered “out-of-network” for those insurance plans. If you plan to use your insurance benefits, please consult with your insurance plan prior to your first appointment with us.

Full payment is due at time of service. We accept personal checks and all major credit cards.
