Services

New patient evaluation

Patients who are new to the clinic (first appointment) or returning to the clinic after a long gap in care (2 years or more) would be considered for these appointments. These usually last about 60 minutes (face-to-face time), but could be longer based on complexity of the case.

Established patient management

These appointments are for patients already seen for a new patient appointment and are having regular follow-up with us. They usually last 25 minutes (face-to-face time) but could be longer if needed. Please note that you will need to schedule a 45 minute appointment if you are being discharged from a hospital or its been more than 1 year since your last visit.

Telepsychiatry

Most appointments discussed above can be provided via Telemedicine. We use a HIPAA-compliant, secure, easy to use Telemedicine service that can be accessed via PC and/or most mobile devices (including smartphones) from your home or any other convenient location. (Please note: Due to federal regulations, prescription of controlled substances requires an in-person evaluation during the first visit and at least every 24 months subsequently)

Adult ADHD

We provide comprehensive ADHD evaluation that involves expert diagnostic interview, rating scales and in-office computer-based cognitive testing. We develop a Personalized Treatment Plan that includes appropriate medications, cognitive training and regular monitoring to help you succeed.

Ketamine Treatment

SPRAVATO (Intranasal Esketamine) is the new FDA approved treatment for Treatment-resistant Depression indicated for patients who have failed two adequate trials of other antidepressant medications. More information at https://www.spravato.com.
(Please note: we also offer Intranasal Ketamine treatment as an alternative, if your Health plan declines to authorize Spravato treatment despite meeting clinical eligibility)
